BRISKET

Baking instructions: Bake at 325 degrees – Start with ¼ inch of water in pan – Keep covered until fork tender – Raise heat to 375 degrees and uncover to brown.

2 lbs – 5 lbs:  3½ – 4 hours total cooking time
6 lbs and over:  4½ – 5 hours total cooking time

Can also be smoked

Baby Back Ribs

Baking instructions: Bake at 375 degrees – Start with ¼ inch of water in pan – Keep covered until fork tender – uncover to brown.

1 hour and 20 minutes total cooking time

Perfect for Grilling as well

Eye of Round

Baking instructions: Bake at 375 degrees – Start with ¼ inch of water in pan – Keep covered until fork tender – uncover to brown.

2 – 3 hours total cooking time

Stove instructions: The above items can be cooked on the stove on medium heat. Start with ¼ inch of water covered for 1 hour. Uncover to cook down the juices in the pan to a dark brown color. Brown meat on all sides. Add 1 chopped onion and ¼ bell pepper and saute. Add 2 inches of water and scrape bottom of pan. Finish cooking. Add 2 tablespoons of cream of mushroom soup to thicken gravy.

Sirloin Tip Roast

Baking instructions: Bake at 375 degrees – Start with ¼ inch of water in pan – Keep covered until fork tender – uncover to brown.

2 lbs – 3 lbs: 1½ – 2 hours total cooking time
4 lbs – 6 lbs: 2 – 2½ hours total cooking time

Bake uncovered at 375 degrees.

Baking instructions: Bake uncovered at 375 degrees.  May also pan fry or grill.  From frozen defrost in warm water 20-30 minutes before cooking.

FROM FROZEN - Bake uncovered at 375 degrees.

FROM FROZEN - Bake uncovered at 375 degrees.

20 – 25 minutes total cooking time

Chicken Torpedo

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes then at 375 for last ten minutes to make bacon crispy.

Boudin Balls

Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes from frozen. Coat with nonstick spray OR deep fry 350 degrees for 7 minutes

Deboned Chicken

FROM FRESH - cook uncovered breast down at 375 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.
FROM FROZEN - cook covered breast down at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes then uncover for 1 hour 15 minutes.

Boudin

Baking instructions:  Defrost and bake uncovered at 375 degrees until hot

Stove instructions: Thaw and place in boiling water until boils (do not overheat or the casing may break) or pan saute'

Perfect for grilling as well.

Kabobs

Baking instructions: Bake uncovered at 375 degrees.
